Lynn and Clift Chaffin, father and son, started Chaffin Family Lawn Services in 2024. It began the way a lot of good businesses begin: they enjoyed the work, had daylight left after their day jobs, and there were properties nearby that needed taking care of. Ashlyn pushed them to formalize it. Lana built the operations side.
The work grew, and in 2026 they took the business full-time. Since then, the Chaffins have brought on a small crew, added trucks and equipment, and expanded into HOA and commercial work alongside their residential customers.
Today the Chaffins own and lead the business. Every crew member is trained by Lynn or Clift, and every property is worked to the same standard they set at the beginning.
